Before you start

  • Nothing to set up: every change an admin, editor or stat keeper makes (scores, rosters, settings, the website) is logged with who made it and when.
  • Here a final score changed overnight, and you want to know who changed it and what it was before. Sam Ortega is one of your editors.

Steps

  1. Step 1: In the left menu, click Activity.

Every change is listed, newest first: who made it, what changed, and when.

  2. Step 2: Click Scores & games.

Only changes to games and box scores are left. The other views do the same for teams and players, the website, and settings and admins.

What you’ll see

You know Sam Ortega changed the final score from 81–76 to 79–76, and when. If it was a mistake, fix it on the game’s record; that change is logged too.

Common questions

Can I keep a set of filters?
Yes. Click Save view and name it. Turn on Share with every admin to give it to the other league admins too.
How do I find an older change?
Scroll to the bottom and click Load older activity for earlier changes, or add a Date filter.
Does every change show what it was before?
Scores, games, players and teams do. Some other changes, like sponsors and pages, show only the new value.
Can editors see Activity?
No. Activity is for league admins. It logs everyone’s changes, including editors and stat keepers.
