Common questions

Can I build teams while registration is open?
No. Close it from the Team builder tab, or wait for the closing time to pass. You can save a draft, change it and publish later.
Who goes on a team?
Everyone registered, and paid when there’s a price. People who still owe or were refunded are left out, and the team builder says how many.
Someone played for us before. Do they get a second player record?
No. Publishing links each person to their existing player when the details match, and says how many may be duplicates so you can check them under Players.
I want to start again.
Before publishing, open Draft actions and click Start over…. The draft is deleted and everyone stays registered. No one is emailed.
Can I change the teams after publishing?
The team builder can’t, because publishing is final. Change rosters from each team’s page, under Teams. Someone who signs up after you reopen registration isn’t put on a team: use Add to team on the People tab.
When do the teams show on my website?
As soon as you publish, on your website’s Teams page. Their games show once you schedule them.
