Common questions

Can I upload a PDF instead?
Yes. In New waiver, choose PDF under Waiver content and add a file of 10 MB or less. People open it, tick I have read and agree and type their full name. Anyone with the file’s link can open it.
How do I see who signed?
On the registration’s People tab, the Waiver column shows who signed and which version. Filter by Waiver to list who hasn’t.
What name do people type?
Their full name as it appears on their registration. Case, extra spaces and accents don’t matter.
I need to change the wording.
Open Registrations › Waivers, click the waiver, then Publish a new version. Everyone who signs from then on signs the new version. People who already signed keep the version they signed, and no one is asked to sign again.
What about people who registered before I added it?
They keep their place and show as Not signed on the People tab. They can sign it from their account on your website.
Can a captain or I sign for a player?
In a team registration, yes, for a player who doesn’t have their own account: from the team’s sheet (or a captain’s Your team), you sign on their behalf by typing your own name, and it’s recorded as signed for them. Players with an account sign from it.
