Create a sale for a game, a season pass or an event like a banquet, set your ticket types and prices, and share the link. At the gym, sell at the door by card, cash or comp, and scan every ticket with a phone's camera. Sports ticketing is on Pro and Courtside.
Sell tickets online for any game
Pick a game and the sale fills in its name, date, time and venue. Add ticket types like Adult and Kids, each with an online price, an optional door price and a capacity, then open sales when you're ready, or set dates for sales to open and close on their own.
With a door price set, the ticket page shows fans how much they save by buying online. Every order lands on the sale with a QR code per ticket, so sports ticketing and the gate stay in step.

Sell at the door by card, cash or comp
The door sale opens full screen: your ticket types with their door prices on one side, the buyer and payment on the other. Take cash, show a QR code the fan scans to pay by card on their own phone, or issue comp tickets with a reason like Sponsor comp.
Tickets go out by email or text on the spot, with backup codes on screen if nothing arrives.
Scan sports tickets at the gate with any phone
Open the gate scanner and point the camera. A green Valid means let them in. Scan the same ticket again and it says Already scanned, with the time it was first used, so each ticket gets one entry.
Several volunteers can scan the same sale at once, and the checked-in count covers the whole gate. Stat keepers can scan without seeing orders or money.
Sports ticketing refunds, voids and payouts
Refund an order in full or in part from its sale. Refunded tickets stop working at the gate. Lost a ticket? Void that one and reissue a new code.
Card payments go to your league's own account, and each sale's overview shows what was collected and what your league nets.

How do fans find the ticket page?
Share the sale's link anywhere your fans are. Your league website's tickets page lists every sale that's on, and you can add a Tickets link to your site menu.
Can volunteers scan tickets?
Yes. Stat keepers can scan at the gate. Creating sales, opening orders and selling at the door are for league admins and editors.
What if the camera won't start?
Allow the camera in the browser, or type the code printed under the QR instead.
Can I give away free tickets?
Yes. Issue comp tickets at the door with a reason, like a sponsor comp. Comp tickets carry no fee.
