Live stats for basketball, one tap per play.

ScoreLM's live stats come from the Scorebook, which runs in the browser on your stat keeper's tablet. Drag players on and off the court and tap each shot, rebound, assist, steal, block and foul as it happens. The score follows every basket, and fans watch the live box score on your league website. When the game ends, live stats roll into season stats and leaderboards. On Pro and Courtside.

Record live stats play by play

Open the Scorebook from game day and it fills the tablet: the court with each team's five, the bench and the team totals. Tap a player and the stat buttons fan out around them.

A made 2 goes to that player and onto the scoreboard. A miss counts as a shot taken. Rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers and fouls land on the player's line as you tap.

Subs
Drag a player from the bench onto the court, or onto the player they replace.
Shots
Made and missed 2s, 3s and free throws, with the points added for you.
Your stats
Record the stats your season tracks. An admin picks them.

Fix any play without breaking the box score

Undo the last play and anything it added to the score comes off with it. Open the play-by-play to undo or redo any earlier play. Undone plays stay in the list, marked Undone, so there's always a record of what happened.

Need to correct the scoreboard without crediting a player? Adjust a team's score directly.

Fans follow the live box score

Every tap shows up on the game's page on your league website, under Live stats, so players, families and fans can follow every line as the game happens.

When the game ends, the box score is saved with the final, and season totals, averages, leaderboards and player pages update on their own.

Common questions

Want the clicks? Read Record per-play stats with the Scorebook.

Which sports have live stats?

Basketball. Soccer leagues keep score live with the score controller and enter player stats in the box score after the game.

Can I record live stats on a phone?

The Scorebook needs a tablet or larger. On a phone, keep score with the live scoring controller instead.

Which stats can I record?

The ones your season tracks, which an admin chooses. When shots are tracked, points are recorded through made and missed 2s, 3s and free throws.

Do I need live stats to get season stats?

No. On every plan you can enter a box score after the game, and season stats and leaderboards build from it. Live stats record the same numbers while the game is on.

Which plans include live stats?

Pro and Courtside, alongside live scoring. Every new league gets a free 7-day trial of Pro.
