League scheduling software that catches the clash.

ScoreLM's league scheduling software keeps every court and team to one game at a time. Add a whole game night in one grid, drag games around a week board, and let the schedule stop a double-booking before it happens. Divisions get their own schedules and standings, and every change is on your league website the moment you save. Scheduling is on every plan.

League scheduling, a game night at a time

Add several games and you get a grid with one row per game. Type the first letters of a team and press Enter, add the date, time and court, and tab across the row. Already have the schedule in a spreadsheet? Paste the lines straight into the grid, or import a whole season from a CSV.

Don't know the date yet? Leave it empty and the game is added unscheduled, ready to be given a slot later.

Double-bookings are blocked, not discovered

Every add, move and date change is checked for clashes first, so you can't double-book a court or a team by hand. On the week board, drag a game to another day or time, and a move that would cause a clash is stopped with the reason.

If a clash slips in through a spreadsheet import, a conflicts button lists each clashing game and what it clashes with, and the reschedule form shows when that court is free that day.

Courts

Teams
A team booked into two games at once is flagged the same way.

Divisions, each with its own schedule

Group your seasons into divisions like Open, Masters 35+ and Youth. Each division gets its own public season, schedule, standings and stats, and fans pick their division on your website. Run several seasons at once and choose the one fans see first.

Adding divisions later doesn't break anything: games, stats and public links stay exactly where they were.

04

Fans always see the current schedule

There's nothing to re-post. Save a game and it's on your league website, with results and standings filling in as scores come in.

Rained out or gym closed? Postpone the game and it shows as postponed until you reschedule it. If it's off for good, cancel it: it stays in your records but doesn't count in the standings.

Common questions

Want the clicks? Read Schedule your first games.

Can I add a game before I know the date?

Yes. Leave the date and time empty and the game is added unscheduled. Give it a date later from the schedule.

Can I paste a schedule from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Paste lines like team, team, date, time and court into the grid, or import a whole season of games from a CSV.

Can I drag a game to another day?

Yes. On the week board, drag the game to another day or time. Every move is checked for clashes first, and the keyboard works too.

What counts as a scheduling conflict?

A court with two games at the same time, or a team booked into two games at once. Both are blocked when you add or move a game by hand.

Will my links or stats change if I add divisions?

No. Season ids, games, stats and public links don't change when you group seasons into divisions.

Is league scheduling included in every plan?

Yes. Scheduling, divisions and standings are on Starter, Pro and Courtside, with unlimited teams and seasons.
