How league registration works
Open a registration for next season and fill in what you need: when it opens and closes, how many spots there are, the price, and any questions of your own, like jersey size or experience. Make it free, or charge a fee that's paid by card when someone signs up.
Players find it under Register on your league website, or at the link you drop in the group chat. They create an account with a code sent to their email, answer your questions, sign your waiver and pay, all on your site and in your colours.

Payments that go straight to your league
Paid registrations are charged online, and the money goes into your league's own account.
Every payment is listed in one place. Refund in full or in part, with or without giving up the place, and export everyone who signed up, with their answers, to a spreadsheet.
A waitlist that fills itself
When a registration is full, new sign-ups join the waitlist and nobody on it is charged. Each time a spot opens, the next person is offered it automatically and has until the date shown to accept. If they don't, it moves down the list.
You can still step in: offer a spot to someone yourself, or register a player straight away, even over the limit.
Player accounts and a members-only site
Everyone who registers gets an account on your league website. They sign in with a code sent to their email, see their registrations, and join their team with the code their captain shares.
Want the league private? Switch the site to members only. Registered players and your staff see everything once they sign in, and registration pages stay open so new players can still join.

Is league registration included in every plan?
Yes. Online registration for players and teams is on Starter, Pro and Courtside, and ScoreLM never charges per player or per team.
Can registration be free?
Yes. Choose Free and people are registered as soon as they answer your questions. A free registration doesn't need online payments set up.
Do I have to approve every sign-up?
Not for players: a player registration counts as soon as it's complete, and paid when there's a price, though you can cancel anyone's place. Team registrations work differently: you approve each team and every roster change.
Can I add a waiver to a registration?
Yes. Attach a written or PDF waiver and everyone signs it by typing their full name as part of registering. You see who has signed which version.
Can I change a registration after it opens?
Yes, and a new price applies to anyone who hasn't paid yet. The season can't change once it's open, and a question people have already answered can't be removed, though you can reword it.
Can I get the sign-ups into a spreadsheet?
Yes. Export everyone who signed up to a CSV, with their status, payment, amounts and answers.
