By using ScoreLM you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; if anything's unclear, get in touch.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Don't share passwords. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately and reset your password.

Your content

Anything you upload — team rosters, photos, league branding, stats — stays yours. You grant us the rights needed to host and display it on your league site. We don't claim ownership and we won't use your content to promote ScoreLM without asking first.

What you can't do

• Use ScoreLM for anything illegal.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or impersonates someone.
• Try to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Resell access without our written permission.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed annually in advance.
• If you cancel, your league stays active until the end of the billing period — no pro-rated refunds, but no surprise charges either.
• We'll email you before any renewal.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee a perfect record. We'll communicate honestly about outages and won't charge you for time the service is unavailable beyond a reasonable threshold.

Termination

You can close your account anytime from the admin panel. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms; we'll always try to give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

SMS messaging program

Program name: ScoreLM Ticket Notifications.

Description: Transactional SMS sent to ticket purchasers on behalf of leagues using ScoreLM. Messages include ticket order confirmations with a link to view or download your digital ticket, day-of event reminders, refund confirmations, and operational updates (venue changes, schedule changes) related to a ticket the recipient has purchased. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in: Enter your phone number on a league's ticket checkout page and complete the purchase. Inline consent language directly below the phone field reads: "By providing your number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages about your tickets from [League Name]. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Providing your phone number is optional — buyers who leave it blank receive tickets by email only.

Message frequency: Varies by event activity; typically 1–3 messages per ticket purchase. You will not receive messages outside the context of a ticket you bought.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or email [email protected].

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from all SMS from ScoreLM. You may also email [email protected] with the subject line "STOP" and the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.

Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ScoreLM is not responsible for delivery failures caused by carrier-level filtering or outages.

Privacy of mobile information: Mobile phone numbers collected for this program are used solely to deliver the messages described above. Phone numbers are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not used to build advertising profiles. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ScoreLM isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email account admins at least 14 days before they take effect.
