Privacy Policy

ScoreLM ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

• Account info — name, email, league name, and password (hashed) for league administrators.
• League content — teams, players, games, stats, photos, and other content you upload.
• Usage data — page views, device type, and approximate location (city-level), used to give organizers usage analytics for their own league.
• Payment info — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see your full card number.
• Phone numbers — collected only from ticket buyers who opt in to SMS ticket delivery at checkout. Phone numbers are optional; buyers who skip the field receive their tickets by email instead.

How we use it

• To run the platform — host your league site, deliver scorebugs, calculate stats.
• To send you account-related email (billing, security, important changes).
• To improve the product. We don't sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to operate — hosting (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), and error tracking. Each is bound by their own privacy terms. We never sell data to advertisers or data brokers.

Phone numbers are never shared, sold, or used for marketing. They are passed only to Twilio for the sole purpose of delivering the transactional SMS messages described below (ticket confirmations, event reminders, refund notices, operational updates about a ticket the recipient purchased). No third party — including affiliates — receives mobile phone numbers for any other purpose.

SMS messaging

When you opt in to SMS ticket delivery at checkout, we use your phone number to send transactional messages about the tickets you purchased — order confirmations with a link to view your ticket, day-of event reminders, refund confirmations, and venue/schedule updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by event activity; typically 1–3 messages per ticket purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Opt-out is immediate and applies to all SMS from ScoreLM. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.

SMS opt-in data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories of personal data described in this Privacy Policy may be shared with the service providers we use to operate the platform (listed under Who we share it with above). However, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates, with the sole exception of Twilio, which acts as our SMS service provider for the purpose of delivering the transactional messages you have opted in to receive — Twilio does not use this data for its own marketing or share it onward.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only to deliver the transactional ticket-related messages described in the SMS messaging section above. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile information or opt-in records to data brokers, advertisers, marketing partners, or any other third party for any purpose.

Public vs. private content

Anything that appears on your public league site (team pages, schedules, stats, photos you upload to the gallery, etc.) is, by definition, public. Admin-only data — passwords, payment info, audit logs, internal settings — is never exposed publicly.

Your rights

• Export — you can export your league data anytime from the admin panel.
• Delete — closing your account removes your data within 30 days. We keep minimal billing records as required by law.
• Correct — most data can be edited directly in the admin panel; for anything else, contact us.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies on your league site or this marketing site.
